Selected work

Examples of CRM, dashboard, and workflow systems I've built.

These examples show what was messy before, what changed, and what became easier to see afterward.

Travel Booking Workflow Redesign

Inquiry -> quote -> booking -> supplier confirmation -> payment -> fulfillment -> reporting

Before

Leads, bookings, supplier confirmations, payments, and follow-ups were spread across inboxes, records, spreadsheets, and memory.

What changed

Each booking was given a visible stage, clearer handoff points, and reminder support for the next action.

After

The team could see where each inquiry or booking stood without chasing through multiple places.

Tools or system type

  • Airtable
  • Google Sheets
  • Shared inbox process
  • Booking workflow
  • Automated reminders

Lead Follow-Up System

Lead sources, status tracking, last contact date, next follow-up date, quote status, won/lost reason

Before

Leads came from phone, website forms, email, referrals, and other channels, but no one had one trusted list of what needed follow-up.

What changed

Every inquiry received a source, status, owner, last contact date, next follow-up date, and won or lost reason.

After

The team could review active leads, overdue follow-ups, stalled quotes, and owner responsibility from one place.

Tools or system type

  • HubSpot
  • Google Sheets
  • Follow-up templates
  • Lead management system
  • Status rules

Sales & Profit Reporting Dashboard

Revenue, costs, commission, profit, GST/tax tracking, vendor, agent, booking date, service date

Before

Reports took too long to prepare manually, and sales were easier to see than profit, tax, commission, or pending work.

What changed

Revenue, costs, commission, profit, GST or tax, vendor, agent, booking date, and service date were organized into a cleaner reporting view.

After

Sales, profit, pending work, and follow-ups could be reviewed from one dashboard instead of rebuilt by hand.

Tools or system type

  • Google Sheets
  • Looker Studio
  • Reporting rules
  • Monthly dashboard
  • Profit reporting

Next step

If one of these before-and-after patterns looks familiar, start with a free consultation.

The free consultation is the fastest way to explain what feels scattered and decide which cleanup step should happen first.
